Founded by Chef Élise Marchand, Lumière was born from a singular passion: to honour the land and sea through honest, elevated cuisine. Every evening, our kitchen transforms the finest local harvest into an experience that lingers long after the last bite.

We believe dining is an art form. Our 45-seat dining room, dressed in warm oak, hand-blown glass, and candlelight, was designed to disappear—leaving only the food, the wine, and the conversation.
